Mr. Warren has over forty years of experience in the insurance industry, and specifically in the senior or retirement market. He began his career as a personal producer, and has also served as a general agent and field trainer. He was a long term care insurance industry pioneer by recognizing early on the diverse needs of agents, insurance carriers and consumers-before the market became a "LTC market." He is the creator of Markman Company which has distributed senior/retirement market products in all 50 states. Mr. Warren has developed educational and training material for the Conference of Consulting Actuaries and acted as a board member and advisor for an international long term care company. Mr. Warren is a leader of ideas and innovation in the retirement market, and particularly in the long term care insurance industry.

Jeff Warren initiated his career in the retirement market, joining Markman in 1980. Having worked as a personal producer, field trainer and recruiter, his marketing direction is underscored by an in-depth understanding of market dynamics and experience. Having served in virtually every marketing function, his depth and breadth in marketing long term care insurance and pioneering work in the retirement market is well-respected. In the late '90s, he developed PrimeLife, a successful retail sales operation to serve the smaller metropolitan and rural markets. For the last five years, his focus has been in redefining the way in which agents market and sell products to the retirement market.

Rusty Boden has been in the insurance business since 1993, spending the first 10 years working with individuals and groups for their retirement security needs. In 1996 he joined Markman Group, first as an independent producer, then with the marketing department in 2003. Since that time Rusty has written numerous training programs and consumer presentations, and assisted hundreds of independent producers with product and sales training, case design, marketing assistance, and agency building. Rusty’s experience, both as a personal producer and as a marketer and trainer, add another level of service to the Markman Group offering to independent insurance producers.

She has steered her career of increasing responsibility throughout the areas of operations, marketing and administration.
